The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in exercise planning, capable of delivering high-quality education and contributing to curriculum development. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and communication skills with relevant military experience and a collaborative, innovative mindset.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, preparation, execution, and analysis of BALTDEFCOL joint and strategic level exercises (both intra- and interdepartmentally).
- Develop and teach modules, electives and/or classes to students of all courses in the area of NATO Joint Operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for both staff and students.
- Supervise and evaluate student research activities.
- Conduct research in the expertise area.
Required Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in planning, preparation, execution, and analysis of military exercises (national and international, operational and strategic level).
- Experience delivering education or training in an academic or military environment.
- English proficient user: STANAG 6001, level 3.3.3.3. or equivalent.
- Security clearance level: NATO/EU Secret.
